Our apartment complex just installed new energy efficient light bulbs. I am all for saving electricity, recycling, etc., but doesn’t it defeat the purpose if I turn one light on, can’t see because it is too dim and than have to turn on two other lights to make up for the loss of lumens*. Just something to think about.lumens*- a measurement of the perceived power of light.
